"Great call, it sounded like one of the mature hens, 3 hens and 1 Jake came to the decoy and three other Jakes followed them in. This one, well ..."

"I made the call to sound just like a mature hen, to bring hens and toms into the decoy and shooting range. I like it when i add real hens to my decoy set up, nothing bad happens when live hens are followed by mature Tom's"
Bill Johnson, owner of Trinity Calls, Nebraska 2008. Quotation Source
"I missed one of the toms coming into the hens and decoy, but I didn't miss this one! I knew the mature hen sounded good, but I was surprised how the birds flock to the decoy with the call!"

"I had to wait while a smaller tom strutted and got closer, then the one i wanted finally started dancing and displaying to my decoy. It worked perfectly!"

"Many of the production run box calls make noise when I move the paddle from the neutral position and rub it across the sides of the call. That sound is a bad sound and ruins too many close encounters! This is the first call that I own that does not make any sound when scraping it across the sides inside out! Can't wait to use it in the field, it sounds exactly like a mature hen."Eric in Colorado Springs - talking about the DSMH Quotation Source
"I like my Mature hen call a lot! I called this jake in from over 100 yards and he walked right to my decoy! It works just like I designed it to work!"

"I got to accomplish a triple this year, something I have never done before! Once again, using the Mature Hen, doulbe spur call, I called in 1 mature tom and 2 jakes, 21 yard shot. He has a 9 3/8 inch beard and weighed in at 22 lbs.!"

"Trinity turkey calls rock! It is so easy to make super realistic yelps, clucks and purrs. I pulled a flock of hens in and this 20# tom was with them."
Greg K., Nebraska Tom, 2008, great bird Greg! Quotation Source
"This is a camp picture from opening week in Nebraska 2008. You just have to make the comment, 3 turkeys and a nice lady! Cindy's bird came in at a whopping 28 lbs., but Jim got her on the beard, good job Cindy and Jim! Cindy has taken 2 tom's in 2 years, one shot each, hummmm, wish I could say that!"

My hunting buddy and I had a long weekend and a chance to head to Nebraska to "catch" up to a turkey or two! We videod evening and morning getting video for my upcoming DVD (see new products) and this gobbler I could not pass up
Bill J., owner of Trinity Wood Game Calls, 2009 Neb. gobbler
"Once again the Trinity box call came through for me! Up close and personal, and he was mine!"
Greg in Colorado Spring with one of his 2009 Neb. Toms, once again he does it!
If I were a turkey, and Greg is hunting nearby, I would move out of state! Using the Double Spur Mature hen box call, this one came whithin 20 yards for the shot!
"
Greg from Colorado Springs and his second 2009 Neb. tom.
The bird held up at 35 yards so I beared down and drilled him! Those meat seeker mechanicals make a loud thump when hitting a bird. He made it about 20 yards. He flopped out of the alfalfa field and down a steep bank just inside the trees. I heard him flapping down the bank from my blind so I knew I had him. The shot was a pass through hitting him right at the hips with a slight quartering forward.Greg in C Springs with his 2010 turkey
We were set up on a winter wheat field along some heavy cover. This day was hard wind, cloudy and a cold spring day. We were about 150 yards apart tucked out of the wind and about noon a number of turkey groups entered the field along the heavy cover to feed. It had been a hard few days of hunting in wind and bad weather, neither of us knew the other had shot a bird that morning until I went to pick my bird out of the grass along the field and saw his lying in the wheat rows. What a morning! Look for a lot more of this hunt and others this spring on "Roost-2-Roast, vol. 2" out in June.Jim K. & Bill J. Loveland
